What to include in your enquiry
The more of these points you can give us in the first message, the closer the first quotation will be to the machine you actually need.
- Valve type — gate, globe, check, butterfly or a power-station valve with welded or threaded ends.
- Size range, or the DN / NPS range the machine has to cover.
- Pressure class, or the test pressure you must reach and hold.
- The standard or client specification you test against, such as GB/T13927-92 or API 598.
- Valves tested per day or per shift, so we can judge the station count.
- Whether the valve is tested dry or immersed, and whether you need air or gas testing.
- The power supply available on site — the KY series runs on 380 V, 50 Hz.
- Whether the machine must fit an existing bay or a shipping container.
A drawing or a photo of a typical valve helps us size the sealing arrangement, but it is not required for an indicative price. If all you have is the valve type and the size range, send that and we will tell you what else is needed.
