KANGYUAN builds the KY series of hydraulic valve pressure test benches in Wenzhou, Zhejiang: six machine families covering flange-connected valves from DN15 to DN1000, flanged and wafer butterfly valves, large-caliber power-station valves and vertical loading. Every machine integrates hydraulics, electromechanics, pressure testing and test-medium storage and circulation in one unit. Auxiliary machines complete the line: the KY-L hydraulic hammer, the KY hydraulic valve grinder and an automated pipeline clamping machine.
The core of the range. KY-100 to KY-1000 seal flange-connected valves from DN15 to DN1000 on the flange end face and grip the back of the flange with clamp jaws, so the test result is free of external force. Test medium: water, air or kerosene.

The clamping table lowers the test piece into the water pool and can turn it through 90°, which is what gas-pressure seat testing needs. Pump station, control console and clamping unit are connected on site. Test medium: water or air.

KY-T300 to KY-T2000 for flanged and wafer butterfly valves: shell and seat pressure testing plus disc opening and closing and electric actuator torque testing, with synchronous clamp-jaw clamping in single or combined form.

Vertical machine for flanged, welded and threaded valves. It works with clamp-jaw or top-pressure clamping, the upper cross-beam swings back 90° for loading, and the medium is water, air or kerosene.
KY-B vertical machine details →A valve pressure test is not a single operation — it is a sequence set by the standard your customer quotes. The KY series is configured so the operator can run that sequence, and turn the valve, without re-plumbing the rig between stages.
Test pressures, hold times and acceptance criteria always follow the standard or factory procedure you specify. Kangyuan states that it works to GB/T13927-92 (general valve pressure test), API 598 and the ISO 9000 quality management system, among other relevant standards. KANGYUAN builds and configures the machine; the valve specification and the acceptance decision stay with you and your inspector.
